The minimum stay is 2 nights for all properties. During peak season, such as July and August, the minimum stay may be 5 to 7 nights. Contact us to confirm availability for your dates.

Yes. Cancellations more than 30 days in advance get a full refund. Between 15 and 30 days, a 50% refund. Less than 15 days, no refund. We recommend travel insurance for extra protection.

Once payment is confirmed, we send an email with all the booking details, check-in instructions and our team's contacts for anything you need during your stay.

Yes, we accept last-minute bookings subject to availability. The fastest way is to contact us via WhatsApp for an immediate response.

All apartments include high-speed Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels, a fully equipped kitchen (stove, microwave, fridge, coffee maker), air conditioning, TV and lift access. Each apartment's specifics are described on its own page.

Yes, all our apartments have a sea view and a balcony. Sardine Holidays 1 overlooks Praia da Rocha, and Sardine Holidays 2 and 3 overlook the Bay of Armação de Pêra.

Pets are allowed on prior request and subject to availability. Additional cleaning costs may apply. Contact us before booking to confirm.

The apartments don't have private garages. However, there is free public parking near all the properties, with good accessibility.

Sardine Holidays 1 (T1) accommodates up to 4 people. Sardine Holidays 2 (T2) and Sardine Holidays 3 (T3) each accommodate up to 6 people. See each property's page for more details.

Check-in is fully self-service from 3:00 PM. After your booking is confirmed and your details submitted, you'll receive access instructions and the door code. The building has a lift to make arriving with luggage easier.

Checkout is by 11:00 AM. If you need to leave later, contact us in advance and we'll try to accommodate it, subject to availability. Additional fees may apply for late checkout.

Yes. Under a legal requirement from SIBA (the Portuguese government's Accommodation Bulletin Information System), foreign guests must submit their personal details before check-in. We'll send a simple form after your booking is confirmed.

Early check-in is subject to availability and must be requested in advance. If it's not possible, you can safely leave your luggage and explore the area while the apartment is prepared.

We accept bank transfer, MB Way and credit/debit card. For bookings via Airbnb or Booking.com, payment is processed directly on those platforms.

For direct bookings, we ask for a 30% deposit to confirm the reservation and the remainder up to 14 days before arrival. For last-minute bookings, full payment is requested at the time of booking.

Yes, a refundable security deposit may be requested. This amount is fully refunded after checkout, provided the apartment is left in its original condition.

The price shown includes final cleaning and all service fees. The municipal tourist tax may apply depending on the location. All costs are shown transparently before the booking is confirmed.
